Do you make bespoke chocolates?
We are able to personalise chocolates in a number of different ways for your wedding, special event or business promotion – please do get in touch if you would like to discuss this with us at treats@bagstockandbumble.co.uk
I have allergies? Can I eat your chocolate?
Our milk and white chocolate items contain dairy and any of our items, as they are made in a home environment, may contain traces of wheat, soya and nuts. All products have allergy information clearly stated on the labels
How long will your chocolates keep?
All items will have a minimum of 4 weeks (usually much longer) until their best before date which will be clearly marked on the packaging.
How should I store my chocolates?
Please store our items in a fairly cool, dark place. They do NOT need to be refrigerated – this may cause the chocolate to bloom and produce unsightly white marks on the surface of the chocolate (though it would still be perfectly fine to eat).

Dark chocolate (53.8% min cocoa solids): unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural vanilla flavour, may contain milk. Fair Trade Certified FLO ID 1441
White chocolate (27.5%): sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural vanilla flavour. Fair Trade Certified FLO ID 1441
Coloured cocoa butter: cocoa butter, titanium dioxide, hydrated aluminium oxide, E104*
Icing sheet: thickener E1422 E1412, maltodextrin, humectant E422, sugar, water, stabalizers E414 E460i, dextrose, emulsifiers E435 E419 E471, food colour E171, flavours, acidity regulator E330, preservative E202, sucralose
Bagstock & Bumble have been inspected by the local Environmental Health department and have a food hygeine rating of 5 out of 5. Everyone who makes our chocolates has completed the relevant Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering (Level 2) assessment and we have full product liability insurance with Finsbury Insurance Group.
